What is a movement snack? It's a short burst of movement and yes it counts!

During the holidays when life gets busy or just busy life in general it may be hard to commit to a whole hour of exercise but we can always find 10 mins here and there .

Here are some tips!

It's amazing how just 20 minutes of Pilates or a walk around the block can change your whole perspective. Movement is life! Give these a try and let us know how it goes.
