Private sessions are booked by appointment. The beauty of private sessions is that they are tailored to you! Pilates creates a strong core, helps with flexibility and is easy on the joints. Making it the perfect lifetime workout.
DUO SESSIONS

Bring a friend, your mom, your mate! Pilates is even more fun with a friend. Find your workout partner and make an appointment !
GROUP CLASSES
$30 per class
$250 for 10 classes
Currently due to CoVid all group classes are live-streaming through Zoom. We are currently offering Pilates Mat, Pilates Circuit, TRX and Barre classes. Class cards do not expire. Payments taken through Venmo.
IRL AND LIVESTREAM CLASSES
Check out our schedule online and on the Wellness Living App . Book online and pay thru Venmo. Classes are now being offered in person and livestream!
Please call or message us if you have any questions. Some Pilates experience is recommended however classes are suitable for most fitness levels.
PILATES MAT
All you need is a mat and some space for this class. Our Pilates mat classes are a total body experience with a focus on the center.
Modifications for all levels.
This class will get you moving, breathing and sweating.
PILATES CIRCUIT
A fast paced Pilates class done circuit style. All levels welcome , a good base knowledge of Pilates encouraged so that you will get the most out of class.
Small weights suggested.
This one is sweaty!
TRX
TRX at home !
Have straps and don't know what to do with them? We are excited to offer our newest livestream class.
TRX suspension trainer required. We have a couple to loan out during Covid just message us, we are happy to share.
IRL AND VIRTUAL CLASSES
All you need is a mat and some space.
We are happy to have the ability to keep our community together during these uncertain times. All you need is Zoom and some floor space! Book your classes here and pay by Venmo or check in the mail. $30 per class or $250 for 10 classes. Once you book your class we will send you the Zoom link. Movement and community is so important for our bodies and minds. We are now welcoming max 5ppl IN studio . Livestream is still an option for TRX and Pilates Mat class.
