Almost 20 years ago when I first began my Pilates career. I taught all over Brevard County. One of my favorite gigs was teaching Pilates at the Riverfront Park in Cocoa Village. I have always LOVED the village and everything about it. Now I'm bringing my small Pilates studio to Cocoa Village. It's a dream come true to be a part of a community of small businesses that truly support each other.
While I have loved our time in Suntree/Viera it's time to come back to where I started.

While our location will be different the community we have built will remain and grow.
We believe that movement is happiness. We specialize in private sessions and small group classes. We have extensive experience working with everyone from active agers to professional athletes. We strive to create a supportive, FUN and safe workout environment.
We can't wait to re-introduce Pilates to the village. We are hoping to be open early April.
In the meantime we have privates and classes going on at Pilates Center of Viera .
